Polar Marine Alaska has a NEW shop facility to provide better service and capabilities for our loyal small boat customers. The majority of on-board service work continues to be performed in harbors and ship yards, so we are adjusting our Services to meet market demand.

• We do not keep a general store front retail location. Demo is by appointment only.

• We are accepting new service work for boats afloat, in the yards, or in the shop

• We will stand-by all warranty work and repair installations performed by our team

• We will fulfill product orders for our featured brands

• We provide bench service work for mobile diesel heating products and electronics

• Shop hours for system design and trailer boat service are by appointment only

• Equipment repair drop off and pickup is available in Anchorage at LFS Marine Outdoor Store

Any service requests, questions, and inquiries should be sent through our TRIAGE center. We routinely monitor these inquires and will get back to you ASAP. Answering the phone is the lowest of all priorities, so it is best to go through TRIAGE.
